About Your Order

The products you have purchased will be shipped from our warehouse in South Carolina and will arrive within the timeframe you specified in the Shipping Method of the order form unless otherwise specified.

If you have ordered a WWII Registry Personalized Plaque please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. Sometimes customers order Personalized Plaques prior to submitting a Veterans photo and information to the WWII Registry – in these cases we will contact you for the necessary information.

 

Refund and Return Policy

We are committed to making you happy. You can return all or part of your order within 30 days for a complete refund. We ask that you contact us at CustomerService@vetshonored.com and we will provide you instructions for how to return the merchandise to us.
